with JA Workforce Coaching
Junior Achievement USA’s JA Workforce Pathways initiative, funded by the US Department of Labor, aims to bridge the gap between employers and entry-level employees by coaching disengaged young adults.
Through personalized one-on-one coaching sessions, participants receive support in aligning their interests, skills, and needs with employment opportunities. The program includes:
- One four-hour coach training session followed by 12 individual coaching sessions
- Guiding participants toward suitable job placements or career-focused educational programs
- Participants aged 16 to 21 develop personalized action plans, gain access to employer databases, receive assistance in creating professional online profiles and resumes, and connect with various employment opportunities.
