Mission Statement
Junior Achievement of Southern Massachusetts (JA) is a regional non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in the global economy. JA focuses on high impact learning experiences for K-12 students across the key content areas of financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship that drive long-term outcomes in education development, economic development, and youth development.

Jeffrey Pelletier, President of Junior Achievement of Southern Massachusetts, leads programs that empower 6,000 students annually with career readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy education.
With experience in workforce development and public policy, Pelletier is a Methodist University graduate and an active community leader, serving on several local boards.
